• Services: Includes accommodation bookings, hunting expeditions, and other resort activities provided by Asaanu Valley Resort.
• Booking: Reservation of accommodations, hunting expeditions, or other activities at Asaanu Valley Resort.

2. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or use our services.
• Account: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 5 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the booking date will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Changes to Booking: You may request changes to your booking by contacting us. Approval of changes is subject to availability and our discretion.

4. Resort Rules and Regulations

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 12:00pm. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
• Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by resort staff may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
• Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property. We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Asaanu Valley Resort or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Use: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
